At *Makhanix (operated by Nexera Venture), we deal in **consumable food products (flavoured makhana)*. Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, our return and refund policy is strict and transparent.

## Order Cancellation Policy

* Once an order is placed and *processing has started, cancellation is not allowed*.
* We do not accept cancellation requests after order confirmation.

## Returns Policy

We follow a *No Return Policy* for all food products.

However, a return/replacement request will only be considered if:

* The item is *defective, damaged, or incorrect*, AND
* You contact us *within 24 hours of delivery*, AND
* You provide a *complete unboxing video*

## *Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement*

To be eligible for any return or replacement:

* The parcel must be shown *sealed with the shipping label clearly visible*
* The video must show *complete unboxing in one continuous recording (no cuts or edits)*
* The product condition must be clearly visible

⚠️ *Without a valid unboxing video, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.*

## *Eligibility Conditions (if applicable)*

If your request is approved:

* The product must be *unused and unopened*
* Packaging must be *intact with original seals*
* Item must be in the *same condition as delivered*

## Damaged / Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

* Damaged product
* Incorrect item
* Missing items

## Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are *not eligible for return*:

* Sale/discounted items
* Gift cards
* Custom or bulk orders

## Exchanges

We do *not offer direct exchanges*.

If your return is approved:

* You may place a *new order separately*

## Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in *genuine cases of damage, defect, or incorrect product*, subject to verification.

If approved:

* Refund will be processed to the *original payment method*
* Timeline: *7–10 business days*
* Bank processing time may vary
